Account and billing

How to buy plans, redeem when needed, and keep spending predictable.

This page explains how to manage plans and billing in a flexible way.

Buy and redeem workflow

1. Buy plan: Purchase the plan you want from the Recharge / Subscription page.

2. Keep it unredeemed: Purchased plans can be held for later use.

3. Redeem when needed: Activate a plan when your workload needs it.

4. Switch key group: Make sure the API key you use is switched to the subscription plan group after redeeming.

5. Verify activation: Check your billing/usage view to confirm the redeemed plan is active.

You can buy multiple plans

You can buy multiple plans at the same time.

You do not need to redeem all purchased plans immediately.

This is useful if you want to prepare capacity in advance and activate plans in phases.

Sale plans

From time to time, we may offer sale plans.

If you see a sale plan that fits your expected workload, you can purchase it first and redeem later when needed.

Availability and sale terms can change, so please follow the details shown in your billing page at purchase time.

Practical tips

Use separate keys/groups for production, staging, and experiments so billing is easier to track.

After redeeming a plan, run a small test and confirm usage is recorded under the expected setup.

Review usage regularly to catch unusual spikes early.

Documentation

Models and access

How model availability works and where to confirm the live price for your account.

Different groups have different model availability.

If a model is not available for your key, first check which group that API key is assigned to.

How to confirm the actual price

The live model price is shown in your dashboard after you create an API key and assign that key to the correct group.

Use the dashboard view for the final price you will be billed under your current plan and group.

What affects availability

Model access depends on your key group, active plan, and current operator routing.

Some internal or utility routes may only appear for specific groups.

Notes

Exact model IDs, routing behavior, and final billing can change over time.

Always use your dashboard as the source of truth for both availability and pricing on your account.
